Christian Cop April 2000 Comedy, Dark Comedy, Fiction, Screenplay

This is basically the story of a Christian cop, or in other words, a religious cop. Don't take it seriously though, it's not a crime drama.

A friend of mine was planning on making short film for one of his classes. I told him I wanted to write the screenplay, so I wrote this script. Ever since then I wanted to get this film made, but to be honest at this point I'd have to direct the film too, because I know exactly how I want the film to look.

This screenplay is quite entertaining. It's a comedy, and very ironic. It's definitely farce. Pretty much everyone that's read it has said that it's funny. I'd still like to see this made into a short film, and not a crappy YouTube film.

Don't Get Caught in the Girls Locker Room 2 2004 Dark Comedy, Fiction, Short Story

This is an unauthorized sequel to Todd Strasser's Don't Get Caught in the Girls Locker Room. It is the continued story of Kyle and Dusty in their high school years. Unlike the original story this contains adult themes.

I happened to pick up a copy of the original novel in a thrift store, and though I don't normally read juvenile literature, I had to know what this story could possibly be about. So I read it. I was disappointed, however, by the lack of adult themes or anything else that might have been considered risque. Not that I expected any of that from a Scholastic novel.

In response, however, I wanted to create a story featuring the same characters, but with adult themes. This story is pretty mild, but it is closer to what I thought a novel entitled Don't Get Caught in the Girls Locker Room should be about.

Estranged Images *updated* January 2009 Drama, Fiction, Short Story, Weird Fiction

The strange tale of an estranged couple, emotionally separated when the woman's father moves in with the couple. The story deals with passion, anger, love, and a very strange mix of characters. Definitely one of my stranger pieces, which is why I chose the title for it.

How I Met the Love of My Life 1998 Dark Comedy, Drama, Fiction, Short Story

This is the tale of a young man, and how he met the love of his life. It is much more than a simple love story, it is an action packed tale of heroism and romance.

This is another of my school assignments. We were studying Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet and the assignment was to write our own story of how two lovers met. I liked the idea of two lovers meeting at a party as in Shakespeare's tale, and that is the setting of this story as well.

It happened, however, that I had just seen the movie Air Force One, and the obvious influence from that film will be apparent to readers.

The Land of the Wizard's Portal 1998 Drama, Fiction, Short Story

This tale is one of my earliest works. It was written as a school assignment that entailed creating an original adventure for the character Odysseus from Homer's Odyssey. Some readers will note that this was heavily influenced by the video game WarCraft II, with some elements from Diablo, and the Star Wars series. For that reason I hardly consider it an original story.

This tale does depict a certain fascination with death and cruelty. My main focus when I wrote the tale was to create a story where a large group of soldiers were presented with a situation where only one survived to tell the tale. This is apparent in that throughout the story a census is kept as to how many soldiers were alive at any given time. Readers will also note the cruel manner in which Odysseus' men were killed.

This story treats Odysseus as cruel. He kills one of his own men, and he is more intrested in conquering and slaughtering than exploration.
